FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors of accepted abstracts in the are invited submit full paper manuscript. While full paper submission is encouraged, it is not mandatory.
Selected manuscripts will be published in The GIS-IDEAS Journal (TGIJ), while others will be included in the FOSS4G-Asia 2026 e-Proceedings (with an ISBN). All submitted manuscripts—whether for the TGIJ issue or the e-Proceedings, will undergo a peer-review process prior to final publication.
Authors whose submissions are selected for publication in the TGIJ FOSS4G-Asia 2026 Issue must complete registration and pay the applicable Article Processing Charges (APCs) before final publication. A limited number of APC waivers will be available.
Publication in the FOSS4G-Asia 2026 e-Proceedings does not require payment of APCs.

Full papers need to be prepared strictly following the .odt or .docx templates.

Follow the steps below to submit your full paper

Step 1: Login to the FOSS4G-Asia 2026 proposal submission system using you credentials

Step 2: Click on your proposal title and select “+Add another resource” button (See screen shot below)

Step 3: Choose your full paper manuscript file and Save (see screen shot below)
