Ms. Naphasinee Suebsuk (PhD.) is an Urban Planner, Head of City innovation and Assistant Vice President at Nebula company,
a subsidiary of MQDC. With 20 years of experience in design and research on multidisciplinary skill in multicultural organizations,
she is currently responsible for the research & development of Future City Protocol, Smart Cities framework and city platform for
the opportunities Mixed-use projects, TODs, and other development from community scale to city scale.
She has an academic background with the multi-exchange program in York, London, Canberra, Melbourne, Shanghai, and
Kyoto. She published 7 academic papers for many international journals and conferences. Her expertise includes industrial
design, architecture, cultural management, and urban planning. She is also fluent in English, Chinese (HSK6), and Japanese
(N2).
Prior to joining Nebula by MQDC, she had worked on townscape regeneration and area management projects as a
researcher with the Kyoto City Government (Urban Department). Apart from her experience with Kyoto City Government, she
also worked at the School of Management, at Kyoto University, and achieved the award for the best presentation from the
International Conference of Asia-Pacific Planning Societies. She is currently a member of the City Planning Institute of Japan
(CPIJ), the Architectural Institute of Japan (AIJ), and the Area Management Network of Japan.
