Posters must be printed in A0 size (84.1 cm width × 118.9 cm height or 33.1 inches width × 46.8 inches height).
Ensure the poster includes the following elements:
Title (at the top in lettering not smaller than 2.5 cm in height).
Author(s) with affiliations and emails.
Introduction/Objective.
Methods.
Results.
Conclusions and/or Discussion.
References.
Acknowledgements (if applicable, such as funding sources).
The final printed version of the poster must be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenter(s).
Note: The conference organizers cannot receive posters by mail, nor can they print or transport posters.
Submission and Display
Submission Deadline: Posters must be submitted to the conference staff at the registration desk on 15 or 16 December 2024.
All posters will be assigned a poster number upon abstract acceptance.
Presenters must locate their assigned poster display area (numbered correspondingly) and hang their poster at least 15 minutes before the start of the poster session.
Design and Layout
Use a consistent style and logical sequence (left-to-right or top-to-bottom) to guide viewers through the content.
Arrange materials in columns instead of rows for better readability.
Incorporate figures, tables, graphs, and/or photographs where relevant.
Keep the text brief and to the point, using a large font size (e.g., 24-point or larger) for easy reading.

During the Poster Session
At least one author must be present during the entire session to interact with participants and answer questions.
Posters are an opportunity to explain, promote, and advertise your research, so be prepared to engage with viewers.
After the Poster Session
Posters must be removed by the presenter(s) after the conference.
Any uncollected posters will be disposed of by the conference staff.
