Overview:

This panel discussion will revisit the “Seoul Declaration 2023” presented at FOSS4G-Asia 2023, exploring its implications for free and open-source solutions, geospatial innovations, and societal impact. The session will focus on progress made since the declaration, address emerging challenges, and identify new opportunities for the FOSS4G-Asia community to thrive in the years ahead.

Format:

• Two Rounds of Questions/Comments:
  Each panelist will respond to two rounds of questions or comments, with 5 minutes per response (total of 50 minutes).
• Final Wrap-Up:
  A 10-minute session for concluding remarks and audience questions.
