To ensure a seamless and professional presentation experience, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Presentation Timing
Academic track Duration : Each presentation is allocated a total of 20 minutes: 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the Q&A session.
General track Duration : Each presentation is allocated a total of 15 minutes: 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the Q&A session.
Pre-Session Protocol
Check-In: Speakers are requested to report their attendance to the session chair or assistants at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
Presentation Format
Language: All presentations should be conducted in English.
File Format: Prepare your presentation as a single Microsoft PowerPoint file (.pptx) compatible with Windows OS.
Media Restrictions: Only PowerPoint presentations are permitted; other media formats (e.g., slides, videos, overheads) or software are not allowed.
Embedding Videos: If your presentation includes videos, please embed them directly into your PowerPoint slides to ensure proper playback during the session.
Equipment and Setup
Provided Equipment: Each presentation room will be equipped with Laptop with Windows OS, Electronic power supply, Projector and screen and Laser pointer
File Submission: Presenters are required to submit their presentation files at the technical desk located on Floor 2. This ensures that all presentations are preloaded onto the laptops in the respective rooms, facilitating a smooth transition between sessions.
