The selected logo has been submitted by Dr. Sanit Arunplod from Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Arunplod is a senior laboratory manager in the fields of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (RS&GIS) at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand. He holds a Ph.D. in Remote Sensing and GIS from AIT and serves as an affiliated faculty member. Dr. Sanit’s academic and research expertise includes Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), space weather phenomena, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) surveying and mapping, 3D modeling, and weather monitoring networks. His extensive experience and contributions to these fields underscore his prominence in geospatial sciences and technology.
